Leicester Square Station control room, twinned with Times Square Station New York, opened spring 1994 by Mr. Denis Tunnicliffe, Managing Director London Underground Ltd.

In our photo the plaque can be seen, halfway down, to the right of the door. It's easily missed and we only discovered it through the very informative  app.

This control room was not the first: hold "Diary /log book from first Leicester Square station control room. Records daily operations from opening, in February 1935". The Museum also has a photo of "". And the BBC have a , at Victoria Station.
