T.A. Greeves, 1917 - 1997, architect & artist co-founder of the Bedford Park Society, lived here. Bedford Park Society
The dates on the plaque indicate the anticipated period of construction, but in the event the theatre did not open until November 1924.
Patrick Hamilton, 1904-1962, novelist and playwright, lived here. English HeritageÂ

This plaque, on a small plinth in the front garden, was erected in 1925.
