The Sutton Heritage mosaic was unveiled by the Worshipful the Mayor of the London Borough of Sutton Councillor Frank Sharp CENG FIEE 23rd April 1994.
The mosaic was commissioned by the London Borough of Sutton, funded by Appledown Properties Ltd. and designed and created by Wallscapes.
