Trinity National School - Rotherhithe

Categories: Education

"The school was established by Reverend Edward Blick ... and was in use from 1836 and although it ceased to be used for that purpose in 1910 when a new school opened nearby, the building itself survived to serve as a church hall and daycare centre."

The school was temporarily used for services when its church, Holy Trinity, was destroyed by bombs on 7 September 1940.
